Terms of Service

Client has agreed to the following terms upon the deposit payment of a selected package.
 

1. All designs remain the property of Pixel One for free and fair use for marketing and development.
​2. We do not set printable files onto a typing sheet, but only send vector copies of paid artwork
3. We are not responsible for any output of low quality printing as we use industry standard software to commission our projects.   

4. No warranty on labour and service
5. A 50% Non Refundable Deposit is required before the commission of any project, which would be sent as a confidential email until the full amount is paid on or before the date specified in the quotation. 
6. If the project is not paid for on of before thirty (30) days after the artwork is completed, a 10% fee per calendar month is applied on the remaining amount until the final amount is paid.
7. Each artwork is allowed for three (3) rounds of revision, to which an additional two (2) % fee is applied for every change after the third round of revision. Your round of revision is expired 72 hours after the send date if not used.
8. Pixel one does not collect data for any reason; except for, (1) collection of data for label creation, (2) collection of data for label inspection, (3) collection of data for nutritional label creation, (4) collection of data for poster creation; to which all all information must be kept confidential between parties. 
9. Artwork will only be sent to client and no other party.
10. Every thirty (30) days, a routine cycle of email deletion is scheduled to which all contents of deleted emails will not be retrieved. 
11. Client has agreed to always keep a downloaded copy of artwork on their device for retrieval.  
12. A ten (10) % fee is applied for any artwork that is resent to a client after confirmation and initial email sent. 

13. Client is responsible to verify all information prior to confirmation, unless that is of knowledge of the designer. 

14. Secondary languages will be of translated origin and not that of native dialect.

15. Clients who would have selected payment plans may have their access to artwork revoked until payment is made based on the package or criteria selected. 

16. Designer is not allowed to share confidential information to any other clients of another case. 

17. Using elements or intellectual property from our website will be met with litigation.
